Season Management - Edit Teams and Divisions

Edit a Team

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.

  2. Find the desired season and click Teams.

  3. Locate the desired team and, to the right of Staff, click the three dots icon > Edit Team.

  4. Make the desired edits to Team Name, Division, and Team Visibility.

    • NOTE: Each team must belong to a division. You cannot save edits to teams without assigning divisions.

    • If you reassign a team to a different division, the system recalculates standings, and any matches previously designated as division matches will become outside opponent matches.

  5. To add a team logo, click Choose Image and select the file from your device. Or drag and drop an image from your device.

    • To edit a team logo, click the camera icon > Choose Image and select the new file.

  6. Enter the hex codes or click the current color to choose the primary and secondary team colors.

  7. Click Update.

  8. Click Settings and locate the Season Site section. Click Sync Changes to manually sync your team updates.

To delete a team, you must ensure there are no scheduled games for the team before deleting.

Edit a Division

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Competition > Season Management.

  2. Find the desired season and click Divisions.

  3. Locate the desired division, and click the three dots icon > Edit Division.

  4. Make the desired changes and click Save.

To delete a division, you must ensure there are no teams assigned to the division before deleting.
