You must have "Admin" or a "Webmaster" permissions in order to view the "Contact Help" button.

If you are clicking "Contact Help" and the button closes without opening the chat window, please follow these steps:

Using Chrome Browser

  1. Sign out of your SportsEngine Account. 
  2. Go to your browser's History and click Show Full History. 
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Select Cached Images and Files and hit Clear Data. 
  5. Sign back into your SportsEngine account.

Helpful Tip! Sometimes Chrome browsers have a pop-up blocker installed. If yours is on, please turn it off

Using Firefox Browser

  1. Sign out of your SportsEngine Account.
  2. Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
  3. Click the Privacy & Security panel. 
  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
  5. Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data
  6. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button. 
  7. Sign back into your SportsEngine account.
