You must have Ontario Soccer Access Permissions to perform this step.

NOTE: This process is only for customers that use SportsEngine to manage teams and rosters.

  1. Sign in to your account and go to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. On the left-hand navigation, click on Ontario Soccer > Governing Seasons.

  3. Under the Governing Season, click Get Started.

    • You will see a window outlining three steps that you need to take in order to successfully submit your roster.

  4. Click Get Started.

  5. Click Yes, I use SE Sync to Do you use SportsEngine to manage your club and teams?

  6. Click OK to Continue with SE Sync.

  7. Click Add Team next to each team you want to add to the Governing Season.

    • Click Remove to remove a team from the list.

  8. Click Next, then click Let's Assign Teams.

  9. Click, drag, and drop the teams from the left column to their correct division under the right column.

  10. Click Next, then click Apply Membership and Submit.

    • The next two screens will allow you to review your player and staff data. If you need to remove someone, click on Remove.

  11. Click Next on each screen to advance.

  12. Purchase memberships for each player then click Review Order.

    • NOTE: If a profile is missing information like gender or birthdate, it will be removed from the order. A profile will also be removed if they already have existing memberships.

  13. Click Close to finish the process.

NOTE: Your Ontario Soccer District will now approve or deny the rosters you have submitted.
