As an Admin with "Ontario Soccer Manager" you will need to approve or deny a Club's Teams and Rosters after roster submission.

  1. Sign in to your account and go to "SportsEngine HQ".

  2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click on the Ontario Soccer tab.

  3. Under the current season, either click the Players or Staff sub-tab.

  4. On the next page, under the Status column, you will see the "state" that the player or staff member is in.

    • Player Statuses:

      • Approval Needed - this player or staff member needs a decision on whether or not they can play.

      • Approved - this player or staff member has been approved for play.

      • Denied - This player or staff member’s approval request has been rejected. Please communicate the reasons for the denial to the affiliated organization’s administrator or coach.

  5. To change the status:

    • For an individual, to the right of their name under the Actions column, click Approve, More > Deny, or Undo Decision.

    • In bulk, select the desired players/staff, and click Change Status. Choose Approve, Deny, Undo Decision, or Approve Exception. Click Change to confirm.

NOTE:

  • If you make a mistake, click More > Undo Decision to put the player back into a needs decision state.

  • Individual player approvals will roll up to the team approval status, which can be viewed on the team page.

  • To see approvals for an individual team, from the team page, click the player and staff links.
