Note: Disabling a participation option will make that option unavailable to registrants to signup without affecting past registrants. It may be enabled again at a later time. Deleting a participation option fully removes it from the signup. If needed at a later date, it will need to be manually added.

To edit Signup Information:

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Click Programs.

  3. Click into the Signup tab on the Program (Player, Coach, Staff, Team) you want to edit.

  4. Click the three dots icon > Edit.

    • The signup name, dates for the signup to be open, who is notified of signups, and who pays processing fees may be edited.

  5. Make any changes needed and click Save.

To edit Participation Options:

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Click Programs.

  3. Click into the Signup tab on the "Program" (ˆPlayer, Coach, Staff, Team) to edit.

  4. Edit current information, disable options or add new ones:

    • To edit, click the three dots icon > Edit to edit the signup name, price, and limit by gender and age. For Age parameters, select Born on or before, Born on or after, or Born between, then input the required date(s); for Gender parameters, select Male or Female.

    • To delete a signup option click the three dots icon > Delete.

    • To disable signup options and make them unavailable for future registrants, click the three dots icon > Disable.

    • Click Add to create new signup options.

  5. Click Save.

To edit Electronic Documents:

  1. Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. Click Programs.

  3. Click into the Signup tab on the Program (Player, Coach, Staff, Team) to edit.

  4. Edit the current documents, and remove or add new ones:

    • To edit, click the three dots icon > Edit. This option will allow you to edit the signup name, price, and limits.

    • To remove documents from the signup options, click the three dots icon > Remove.

    • Click Add to create a new document.

  5. Click Save.
