You must have "USAV Manager" to submit rosters.

Teams can be submitted by either SE Sync, through a .csv import, or manually.

For all team submissions, the following fields are required.

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Date of Birth (DOB)

  • Gender

  • Email

  • Physical Address

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code

  1. Sign in to your account and go to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. On the left-hand navigation, click USA Volleyball > Governing Seasons.

  3. Under the Governing Season, click Get Started.

    • You will see a window outlining three steps you need to take to submit your roster successfully.

  4. Click Get Started.

  5. Please answer the question, "Do you use SportsEngine to manage your club and teams?"

  6. To utilize CSV Import or Manual, click No to "Do you use SportsEngine Team Management Software?"

  7. To utilize SE Sync, answer Yes.

  8. Add the team rosters based on the option selected in the previous steps.

  9. Once teams have been submitted, choose the division for each team. If needed, divisions may be edited later.

  10. If a membership is required, it may be purchased. A member must purchase the membership before being submitted to the MMS.

  • Information is shared with the USA Volleyball administrator. Violations and warnings will be displayed for each team member.

  • Depending on your Region, you may receive immediate auto-approval if the roster data submitted complies with division rules. If a rule is broken, the player/staff member will see a different status to help identify the broken rule.
