NOTE: You can only update your teams and people if you are using the SportsEngine sync.
If you use SportsEngine HQ to manage your teams and rosters, when you add or update team information on the website, you can sync this information to the governing season.
Sign in to your account and go to "SportsEngine HQ."
On the left-hand navigation, click "Affiliation Name" > Governing Seasons.
Under the Governing Season, click Teams, Player, or Staff sub-tabs.
On the right side of the screen, click the Update Teams and People option.
Click Get Started.
In the top-right corner, click the blue plus sign (+).
Click Add Team next to any new team you have created.
Click Next.
On the next screen, click Let's Assign Teams.
Under the left-hand column, click, drag, and drop the team(s) into the column on the right to specific division(s).
Click Next.
The next two screens will allow you to review your player and staff data. If you need to remove someone, click on Remove.
Click Next on the bottom of the two pages.
Click Close to finish the process.
