Your organization or Affiliated Parent must have a SportsEngine HQ Premium subscription to utilize any Memberships and Eligibility functionality.
Eligibility requirements vary depending on membership type and must be completed before the membership is valid. Examples of eligibility requirements include; background screening, waivers, training for coaches, etc. Upon membership purchase, eligibility requirements are emailed to the individual and can be completed online from the email or via an individual's Account.
NOTE: Members must accept their Invite to view membership and eligibility requirements. The process of claiming this invite will bring members through either creating an account or attaching a profile to an already-created account.
Sign in to your account.
In the top right-hand corner, click the profile photo (or initials icon if there is no photo).
Click My SportsEngine.
On the left-hand navigation menu, click the Household tab.
If there are duplicate profiles of the same person, merge them following these steps.
Click the desired Profile to view.
Find the desired membership, and click View Details.
Click the "Membership Name" again to open the drop-down information and view the eligibility requirements.
Complete the requirement(s).
