NOTE: You must first add your staff members to the Member Management System.

  1. Sign in and go to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. From the left navigation menu, click the Governing Body > Governing Seasons.

  3. Click Staff.

  4. Under the Title column, click the down arrow where it says "No Title."

  5. Choose the title of the staff member from the list provided.

    • This new title of the staff member will update on the Regional view.

Some Regions have configured their Governing Season to limit certain titles to certain memberships.

To determine if your Region has Staff Title Requirements:

  1. From the left navigation window, click the Governing Body > Governing Seasons.

  2. Click Season Overview.

  3. If there is a title requirement tied to membership, there will be a Staff Title Eligibility section.

    • Staff Title Eligibility displays a full list of titles and applicable memberships.
