NOTE: You must complete your Financial Settings before adding a bank account.
You can add multiple bank accounts to your Financial Settings, but only one may be active and receive deposits. Bank accounts cannot be removed from your Financial Settings, but you can update account nicknames to note if they should no longer be used.
How to Add a Bank Account
Navigate to "SportsEngine HQ".
On the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings.
Scroll down and choose Financial Settings.
Scroll down to the Bank Accounts header.
Click the plus sign (+).
A new screen will appear.
Input the following:
Choose your Account Type:
Individual
Company
Bank Account Nickname (may be edited)
Account Number
Confirm Account Number
For US Customers
Routing number (9 digits)
For Canadian Customers
Transit (branch) number
Institution number
Check the box to set this bank account up to receive payouts.
Click Add.
How to Edit a Bank Account Nickname
Sign in and access your "SportsEngine HQ" account.
On the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings.
Scroll down and choose Financial Settings.
Scroll down to the Bank Accounts header.
To the right side of the bank account, click the three-dot icon > Edit Nickname.
Input a nickname and click Save.
How to Manage My Payout Bank Accounts
Sign in and access your "SportsEngine HQ" account.
On the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings.
Scroll down and choose Financial Settings.
Scroll down to the Bank Account header.
Locate the desired account.
On the right side of the screen, click the three dots > Set as Active.
Use the Payout Report to view payout data, including statement and settlement dates, online payments/refunds, tech & processing fees, payout amounts, and source and activity balances.
