How to Add Teams to the Governing Season

NOTE: These instructions are for those using SportsEngine HQ to register players and manage teams and rosters.

  1. Sign in to your account and go to "SportsEngine HQ."

  2. On the left-hand navigation, click the Governing Body > Governing Seasons.

  3. Under the Governing Season, click Get Started.

  4. Click Get Started.

  5. Answer Yes to "Do you use SportsEngine to manage your club and teams?"

  6. Click Add Team to move your teams over to the Governing Season or Remove to remove a team from the list.

  7. Click Next, then Let's Assign Teams.

  8. Click, drag, and drop the left-column teams under their correct division under the right column. When finished, click Next.

  9. Click Let's Find Leagues.

  10. [Optional] Click, drag, and drop your teams from the left side column over to their respective league under the right side column, as we did in step 7.

  11. Click Next.

  12. Review Player and Staff data. If you need to remove someone, click Remove.

  13. Click Next at the bottom of the next two pages.

  14. Click Close to finish the process.

NOTE: After completing this process, your national governing body is notified to approve or deny the rosters you have submitted to their league.
