NOTE: You can update your password in your Settings by clicking Change Password.
From the sign-in screen, input your email address.
If you're having trouble with your email address, try using the phone number associated with your account.
Click Next.
On the Sign-In page, click Need Help Signing In?.
Click Forgot your password?.
Input your email address again.
Select Email Magic Link or Reset Password.
Check the email mailbox associated with your account to sign in or to complete the password reset.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, include one uppercase and one lowercase letter, and include one number or symbol.
Check your internet connection and input the CORRECT email address linked to your account.
