NOTE: Your site may take up to 48 hours to appear on your domain after changing name servers. This delay, during which your site is propagating, is standard for all sites.

To move your SportsEngine website from the SportsEngine domain (YourOrganization.sportngin.com) to your organization's custom domain (YourOrganization.com), you must update your DNS records.

This process is called Going Live.

Helpful Tip! Prior to updating DNS records, you must tell your SportsEngine contact if you have email addresses associated to your custom domain (i.e. Jane@YourOrganization.com). Failing to do so will result in an interruption of email service.
