How to Cancel a Registration Payment Plan
You must have "Financial Admin" or "Webmaster" permissions to cancel a payment plan.
NOTE: You cannot cancel individual scheduled payments, you can only cancel the entire payment plan.
Sometimes the season doesn't go as planned and an athlete needs to drop out of a program. An Admin can cancel a payment plan to prevent future scheduled payments from being charged.
- Sign in and click on the Admin gear located at the top of your screen.
- Once in "SportsEngine HQ", click on the Registration tab then choose Financial Summary.
- Click on the Orders sub tab.
- Click Search Orders then search by either name and date, or the order number.
- Click Search.
- In the order, under the Action column, click Cancel Remaining Payments next to each line item.
