You must have "Financial Admin" or "Webmaster" permissions to view failed payments.

A payment may fail if on a registrant's payment plan if the credit card they are using at registration gets canceled by the registrant or expires and the registration doesn't update their credit card information. If the registrant follows the instructions to update their credit card and pay the amount owed, they will be removed from the failed payments area.

  1. Sign in and click on the Admin gear located at the top of your screen.
  2. Once in "SportsEngine HQ", click on the Registration tab then choose Financial Summary.
  3. Click on the Failed Payments tab. 
    • If you have the registrant's credit card information you can select Make Payment and enter in the information. If they want to update the information themselves, here is how.
