NOTE: The next scheduled payment will automatically charge immediately after you change your payment method, no matter when it is scheduled for. Please wait until you are closer to the next scheduled payment when changing your payment method if you are not ready to be charged.

  • Reach out to your organization if you would like to cancel a subscription payment. 

Change Credit Card Information for a Payment Plan (Registration)

  1. Sign in and go to the Registrations tab of your dashboard. 
  2. On the right side of the screen, click Order Details next to the session this change should occur within. 
  3. Under Payment Calendar, scroll down and choose Make Payment next to the next payment you want to change.
  4. Check the box next to Enter new payment method.
  5. Enter your new credit card information.
  6. Click Make Payment.
Helpful Tip! Please contact an administrator at your sports organization if you would like to cancel a payment plan or request a refund. 

Change Credit Card Information for a Bill (Invoice)

  1. Sign in and go to the Bills tab of your dashboard.  
  2. On the right side under the Payment Status column, select Make Payment for the item that is due.
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Click New Credit Card under Payment Method. 
  5. Enter your new credit card information. 
  6. Click Pay $___.
