NOTE: This feature is currently in beta and only supports Self and Other registration types. Contact your account manager to activate features for your organization.
Profile modules ensure registrant profile data is automatically pulled into registrations, so registrants don't have to manually fill in details already tied to their SportsEngine profile. These profile information fields will appear as hidden questions, visible only to admins. This allows you to collect registration data within your reporting table and also set up conditional logic based on profile information.
If a user has missing data from their profile that is required for your registration, registrants will be prompted to update their profile accordingly.
How to Edit Profile Module Requirements in Registrations
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
Click Registration > Registrations.
Locate the correct registration, click the three-dot icon under the Actions column, then click Edit.
Scroll down and click Show Advanced Options.
Below Minor Participants and Adult Participants, check or uncheck fields as needed.
Once complete, click Save Registration.
