Full or partial refunds can be processed on registration orders by searching the order or find the order in a registration report. Refunds must be processed by a Organization, not SportsEngine, as SportsEngine only hosts the websites.


Notes

• If a full refund is processed the transaction fees will also be refunded.
• You must have Webmaster and/or Financial Admin permissions.
• When you use your own merchant account (ex: USA Epay), the refunds process through the merchant, not through SportsEngine.
• Refunds are made back to original payment source.
• Refunds can take up to 3 days to process. 

Step 1: Login> Select the Admin Control Panel> Search an Order or Find a Order in Registration Report
Step 2: Select Order
Step 3: Select the View/Refund link.
Step 4: Select the Issue Refund button.
Step 5: Select Full or Partial Refund (Partial refunds are only available 36 hours after the transaction was placed.)
