Each profile in your account has contact info where team and organization messages will be sent. You can change the profile's contact info to receive messages at a different email address or phone number.
Step 1: Go to the profiles tab of your user dashboard.
Step 2: Select a Profile to update.
Step 3: Click the Pencil Icon at the right of Basic Information.
Step 4: Type the updated email or phone into the relevant field.
Step 5: Click Save.
If there are multiple profiles connected with your account, make sure to update the email address and phone number for each profile including your own.
