Step 1: Login to your organization's website> Select Admin Control Panel> Select PowerPay> Select Transactions
Step 2: Select Transaction
Step 3: Select a Transaction ID or Bill ID for additional information.
- When you select a specific transaction by the Transaction ID, you will then see the transaction details including the means of payment, date and time of payment, payment type, amount, and whether it was successful or not. If the payment was NOT successful, you will see the reason for the failure (i.e., insufficient funds on the card). You can also issue a refund on the transaction from this view.
