A situation can occur when a parent accidentally selects the wrong profile while registering a child. If this happens and then the child is rostered on a team, the roster will show the parent's information, not the child. No worries, an admin has the ability to request the registrant to connect the proper profile to the registration entry.
Step 1: Locate that Entry by running a report
Step 2: Select Unclaim Entry
Step 3: Type and Select Unclaim.
Step 4: Invite the correct person to Claim this Registration Entry
Step 5: Type in First and Last name of the PLAYER and Email address of the correct person to link the registration entry to a profile
The registrant will now receive an email, select a link or log in/create an account, claim the registration entry, then select or create a profile.
Important: If the registrant is already rostered, the registrant will need to be removed from the roster and added again for the proper name to appear.
