Creating and managing bills in PowerPay is free. However, fees* are assessed when online payments are processed. For each bill on which an online payment is made, a technology fee plus a percentage of the payment amount is assessed as a processing rate. That processing rate is the same rate that is determined by what is set for the organization in the Admin Control Panel and is the same rate used for your registration transactions. BY DEFAULT, the organization pays the processing fees on PowerPay invoices. You can also choose to pass this fee onto the customer when creating a bill.
