Admin Edit, Delete, or Deactivate a Registration Entry

Last Updated: Apr 04, 2017 09:51AM CDT
This article explains how to edit, delete, or deactivate a registrant's registration entry after they have filled out a registration on the SportsEngine Platform. Before you edit the entry you need to find the entry. You can find an entry if you know which session the registrant registered in or by searching an order. Once you locate the entry you can edit one registrant at a time or mass edit a group of registrants.

Note: If you're editing a question that has dependent logic tied to it, you must also edit the original question, so the answer to the question fits in to the logic that is set up. Once you change the item, you can adjust the original question back to the correct information. (ex. if you have birthdate logic in place where level U10 will only show up if you enter a 2004 birthday, if you want to change the level to U11, you must change the birthday to 2003. Once you adjust the level to U11 you can then change the age back to 2004.)

Locate the Entry
Mark Entry as Inactive

Note:
  • For data integrity purposes and due to registration entries being tied to financial records deletions of previously registered users cannot be made.  To accommodate for circumstances when a registration entry needs to be removed, we have included a "Status" button that allows Admins to change users Status to Inactive - for reporting purposes - when needed.
  • When creating a report make sure to only filter 'Active' Registration Entries, so Inactive Registrant don't show up.
