Step 1: Login to the website
Step 2: Select Admin Control Panel
Step 3: Select Members Tab
Step 4: Select Member Directory
Step 5: Run Report
Step 6: Send Message
Step 7: Select Message Recipient(s)
- ALL: Send this message to your entire Member Directory
- Selected: Send this message to only members that you choose.
Step 8: Choose a Plain Text (no formatting), Rich Message (able to change size, color, and other text formatting options), Page Layout (ability to add a created template and/or page elements).
Step 9: Click Preview and Send
Step 10: Send Message
