Step 1: Login to the website> Select Admin Control Panel> Select Members Tab> Select Member Directory
Step 2: Run Report
Step 3: Send Message
Step 4: Select Message Recipient(s)
- ALL: Send this message to your entire Member Directory
- Selected: Send this message to only members that you choose.
Step 5: Choose a Plain Text (no formatting), Rich Message (able to change size, color, and other text formatting options), Page Layout (ability to add a created template and/or page elements).
Step 6: Click Preview and Send
Step 7: Click Preview and Send
Step 8: Send Message
