What is the processing rate and tech fee for PowerPay?  
The Online Processing Fee used in PowerPay is the same rate used for your registrations. If you do not have any registration sessions, PowerPay will use the default processing rate and tech fee.

Can I apply a discount to an invoice? 
One way to lower the amount due is to add a credit to a bill.

Can I attach a document to a bill? 
No, at this time, you will not be able to add an attachment to a bill. The feasibility of adding this feature is being investigated.

Can I assess a penalty or add a late fee to a bill once it is past due?
One way to assess a penalty or add a late fee for a past due payment would be to send another bill for the penalty amount that you choose.

Can I apply a discount to an invoice? 
One way to lower the amount due is to add a credit to a bill. 

Where is the credit card information stored? 
Credit card information is never stored within an organization or within the SportsEngine platform. Credit card numbers are only used to process the payment and then the processor gives us a token which cannot be turned back into the credit card number for future requests.

Is SportsEngine PCI Level 1 compliant?
Yes, SportsEngine PowerPay (as well as Registration) is PCI Level 1 compliant.

Can I import balances into PowerPay?
Not currently. 

Will PowerPay be available outside of the United States? 
Currently, PowerPay will only be available in the United States.
