Note: You must have permission to view the Account Settings Tab.
- Login to your website and select the Admin Control Panel.
- Select the Account Settings tab.
To Update your Account Contact Information
To Manage/Add a Payment Method
To Pay a Pending Payment:
- Select Pay Now next to your invoice.
- Either select a Payment Method already in the System or select New Payment Method.
- Payment Methods Accepted: ACH (Checking Account), Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
To Update your Account Contact Information:
Select Manage Billing Contact
You can add a new contact, edit current contact information, and/or set secondary contact to primary contact.
To Manage/Add a Payment Method:
Select Manage Payment Methods
Select Add Payment Method
Payment Methods Accepted: ACH (Checking Account), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex.
Set this as my new default payment method: Your default payment method is charged automatically when invoices are due. You may still pay invoices manually or change your payment settings via the Account Settings page in your site's Admin Control Panel.
