Adding or Updating a Bank Account

Before you can start receiving deposits for online payments through SportsEngine Registration or SportsEngine PowerPay, you will need to set up a bank account in SportsEngine.

You can now add and manage your bank accounts from SportsEngine BackOffice. 

Access SportsEngine BackOffice from the Admin Control Panel

1) Log in to your site and head to the Admin Control Panel
2) Click the Financials tab
3) Select the Financial Settings sub-section
4) Click TAKE ME THERE under the Add or Update Your Bank Accounts heading

Add or Update a Bank Account in SportsEngine BackOffice

1) Log in to your account and head into SportsEngine BackOffice
2) Click Settings on the left-hand navigation
3) Click Bank Accounts
4) Click New Bank Account to add a new bank account or click on an account name to update an existing account

Required Information

You will need to include the following information to add a new bank account:
  • Nickname for the account
  • Bank Name
  • Name on Account
  • Routing Number
  • Account Number
  • Account Type (Checking/Savings)
  • Copy of voided check or other bank document (scan/photo/screenshot)

You will be able to use PowerPay and request Registrations immediately after adding a bank account. SportsEngine will verify your bank account within one business day to begin making deposits for online payments made through SportsEngine.
