How do I Add Teams to a Tournament?

Last Updated: Aug 24, 2016 07:17PM CDT

IMPORTANT: To have imported players attach to teams, you must do a Team Import and Save the Team ID's from the Import file. Then, you'll use the same Team ID's and use them in the Roster Import.

Note:

  • By running a registration report an admin can pull in the team information that they need in the import file. Click on the attached Import File and format the registration report to the import file.
  • We recommend that if you have 50 or more teams to add you import the data for quicker results.
  • When importing teams, the divisions have to match exactly the way they were typed in the divisions creation area in order to automatically assign the teams to divisions.
